RETURNS AND REFUNDS

General

The customer has 14 working days to request the exchange, return or refund of the article, counting from the date of delivery of the goods and subject to the following conditions:

The pieces must be in perfect condition, with the label and be accompanied by the respective purchase receipt. Otherwise Lost in India has the right not to accept the return.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:

  • underwear
  • accessories
  • jewelry

Online

We do not exchange items online.

You must request the return by e-mail: orderlostin@gmail.com - and then make a new purchase of the desired item.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

The return process starts within 3 to 12 working days from the moment the item is received in our warehouse.

If the items are in perfect condition, you will be sent a confirmation email and the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you made the purchase via bank transfer, we need your IBAN to make the refund, in which case you should send an email to orderlostin@gmail.com with your bank details.

The deadline for refunds can vary between 3 and 12 working days from the moment the item is received in our warehouse.

On store

In our store you can exchange it for another item or for a store credit voucher to be used within 30 days.

No refunds are made in our store.
